DLA long-term contracts and larger buys, open now
Above the simplified threshold, DLA buys by RFP and IFB instead of the daily RFQs. Most of these are long-term contracts: one supplier for three to ten years, and the solicitation prints DLA's own estimate of how much it expects to buy each year. Every one DLA posts on DIBBS is here with that demand per stock number, the guaranteed minimum, the term, the documents, and the record behind each NSN: what DLA paid before, approved sources, and who has stock. Three refreshes a day. Data, not advice.
