Where a buyer finds your parts
A buyer rarely types the number on your shelf. He types the OEM number, or the NSN, or the number from the last vendor, or the PMA equivalent. PartsAndPlanes resolves 16.6 million of those identities into one page per part, Google indexes every page, and your listing sits on it under every number that leads there. How listing works
Spreadsheet. Part number, condition and quantity are enough; price, serial, trace and photos are welcome. Upload it on your dashboard and map the columns once, or email it to [email protected] and we load the first one for you. Quantities update the same way, or through the API.
Phone. Open partsandplanes.com/capture in the hangar or the yard, photograph the data plate, and the number is read and checked against the cross-references on the spot. Add photos of the part, set the condition and quantity, list the batch in one tap. Included with Pro.
API. Your inventory system pushes changes as they happen; webhooks bring RFQs back. See developers.
What you get for it
Every listing is searchable by every identity the part has, indexed by Google under each of them, shown next to the government purchase history and the FAA record for the number, and covered by the morning email the day a buyer or the government asks for it. Listing is free. We take no commission; buyers contact you directly.
