What the FAA requires

Applicability

This AD applies to all Bombardier, Inc., Model BD-100-1A10 airplanes, certificated in any category. (d) Subject Air Transport Association (ATA) of America Code 05, Time Limits/Maintenance Checks. (e) Unsafe Condition This AD was prompted by a determination that new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations are necessary. The FAA is issuing this AD to address potential structural, control system, and navigational system failures. The unsafe condition, if not addressed, could result in loss of control of the airplane.
