What the FAA requires

The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Airbus SAS Model A350-1041 airplanes. This AD was prompted by the detection of missing chamfers under the heads of critical fasteners on the primary structure of both pylons. Applicability

This AD applies to Airbus SAS Model A350-1041 airplanes, certificated in any category, as identified in European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD 2025-0106, dated May 7, 2025 (EASA AD 2025-0106). (d) Subject Air Transport Association (ATA) of America Code 54, Wings. (e) Unsafe Condition This AD was prompted by the detection of missing chamfers under the heads of critical fasteners on the primary structure of both pylons.
